Congratulations to Dr. Lorie Ritschel, who was recently named the 2019 recipient of the Galinsky Award for Excellence in Supervision from UNC's Department of Psychology! This is a student-nominated award for excellence in supervision and exceptional contributions to doctoral training. Dr. Ritschel was selected from a host of talented supervisors providing outstanding supervision as part of practicum placements for the UNC doctoral trainees.

Dr. Ritschel is also on faculty at UNC as an Assistant Professor and clinical supervisor in the Department of Psychiatry. In fact, in 2018 she received the UNC Department of Psychiatry Residency Outstanding Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching.
